1: 430F Steel Introduction
430F is a martensitic free-cutting stainless steel based on 430 stainless steel with improved cutting performance over 430. By adding elemental sulfur, 430F steel has good machinability and low friction coefficient. 430F has ferromagnetism, the addition of sulfur makes 430F easier to cut and has good processability, but compared with 430, the weldability and corrosion resistance are lower.

6: 430F Steel Application
The 430F is primarily used in automatic lathes, electronic components, and various pump valve compressor parts, but is not recommended for high and below zero temperatures.
