50CrMo4 is a super high strength alloy structural steel with high strength and toughness, good hardenability and no obvious temper brittleness. After quenching and tempering treatment, 50CrMo4 has high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance, and good impact toughness at low temperature. 7: 50CrMo4 Steel Application
50CrMo4 steel is suitable for the manufacture of large and medium plastic die which requires certain strength and toughness. It can be used to manufacture large gear for locomotive traction, supercharger drive gear, pressure vessel gear, rear axle, extremely loaded connecting rod and spring clip, it can also be used for drill pipe joints and fishing tools in deep oil wells below 2000m, and can be used for moulds of bending machines, etc.
