1: 1.1149 Steel Introduction
1.1149 belongs to high-quality carbon structural steel, the steel strength is slightly higher than 1.0401 steel, toughness, plasticity, weldability are good, rarely quenched, no temper brittleness. Cold deformation plasticity is high, generally for bending, calendering, bending and hammer arch and other processing, arc welding and contact welding welding performance is good, gas welding when the thickness is small, the shape of the requirements of strict or complex shape of the parts prone to cracking.

9: 1.1149 Steel Heat Treatment
Normalizing: Normalizing temperature 870-920 ℃, out of the air cooling.
Annealing: annealing temperature of about 860 ℃, cooling with the furnace.
Quenching: quenching temperature (910 ± 10) ℃, in NaCl for 10% of the brine cooling.
10: Delivery Condition
For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface.
For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/QT, Black surface.
For hot forged block, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, milled surface/Black surface
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/QT, black surface.
For cold drawn bar, usually the delivery condition is cold drawn, annealed/QT, peeled/black surface
