7: JIS SACM645 Steel Application
It is used to make nitrided parts with high wear resistance, high fatigue strength and considerable strength and high dimensional accuracy after treatment. Such as imitation die, cylinder liner, gear, high pressure valve, boring rod, worm, grinding machine spindle, etc.
8: JIS SACM645 Steel Heat Treatment
Quench 940℃, water cooled, oil cooled.
Tempering 640℃, water cooling, oil cooling.
9: JIS SACM645 Steel Delivery Condion
For hot forged or hot rolled or cold drawn bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface or hot rolled, annealed/QT, Black surface or cold drawn, annealed/QT, peeled/black surface.
For hot forged block or hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, milled surface/Black surface or hot rolled, annealed/QT, black surface.
