1: 25CrMo4 Steel Introduction
25CrMo4 is a commonly used high-strength alloy steel with excellent mechanical properties and heat treatment properties.25CrMo4 has excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, high toughness and good heat resistance. Its tensile strength is 1000-1200MPa, yield strength is 850-950MPa, and elongation is 10-15%. In addition, 25CrMo4 maintains good strength and toughness at high temperatures and is suitable for high temperature working environments.

7: 25CrMo4 Steel Application
25CrMo4 is an alloy steel with a wide range of applications, commonly used in the manufacture of high-strength bolts, bearings and other parts. Its excellent mechanical properties and heat treatment properties make it widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, automobile manufacturing and other fields. At the same time, 25CrMo4 also has good weldability and can be connected with other materials through welding process.
8. 25CrMo4 Steel Heat Treatment
Annealing: The material is heated to 800-850°C and then cooled in air to remove internal stresses.
Normalizing: Heating the material to 900-950℃ and then cooling it to room temperature in water or oil to improve the hardness and strength of the material.
Quenching: Heating the material to 940-980°C and then cooling it rapidly to room temperature to maximize hardness and strength.

10: Delivery Condition
For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed rough turned/Black surface.

For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, black surface.
