Hammer Forging Dies: For the manufacture of large hammer forging dies, especially those with heavy embossing.
Die-casting dies: used for manufacturing various die-casting dies, including those for aluminum alloy die-casting.
Extrusion dies: used to manufacture extrusion dies, such as press rods and mandrel holders for extrusion presses.

8: 56NiCrMoV7 Steel Heat Treatment
Forging: Refinement of the grain size of steel by forging to improve its plasticity and toughness.
Soft Annealing: Soft annealing is to reduce the hardness of steel and improve its machinability.
Hardening: By quenching treatment, i.e., oil quenching, air quenching or vacuum quenching at 880-900°C, to increase the strength and hardness of steel. This step is an important part of increasing the hardness and strength of steel.
