1: Q420A Steel Introduction
Q420A is a kind of steel used to make high strength structural parts, the main components are carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements, of which the carbon content is about 0.20% or so. The material, after appropriate heat treatment and rolling, has high strength and good plasticity, as well as high yield strength and ultimate strength, with yield strength reaching more than 420MPa and ultimate strength reaching more than 550MPa.
