1: 1.3348 Steel Introduction
1.3348 high speed steel is a kind of high performance tool steel, it belongs to the molybdenum alloy series, and contains a certain amount of tungsten, chromium and vanadium and other elements, in order to enhance its mechanical properties and wear-resistant performance.1.3348 high speed steel density is 7.81 g/cm3, and its melting point is about 1360 ℃. The steel has good mechanical properties, the hardness can reach 63-66 HRC, high strength, good toughness, and can maintain a long tool life in high-speed cutting.

7: 1.3348 Steel Application
1.3348 High speed steel has a wide range of applications. It can be used to make cutting tools, such as planer cutters, milling cutters, drills, turning tools, etc. It can be applied to processing high hardness materials and high speed cutting conditions. In addition, 1.3348 HSS can be used to make various cutting tools such as taps, slats, saw blades, etc., as well as cold forging molds, extrusion tools, deep drawing tools, punching molds, and metal cutting saw blades.
8: 1.3348 Steel Heat Treatment
1.3348 The heat treatment process of HSS includes three main steps: annealing, quenching and tempering. First annealing treatment, the steel is heated to 750-800 ℃, held for a period of time, and then cooled to room temperature at an appropriate rate to eliminate the internal stress and organizational defects in the material. Next, the quenching treatment is carried out, the steel is heated to 1000-1050℃ and cooled rapidly to room temperature to achieve high hardness and good wear resistance. Finally, tempering treatment is carried out, in which the quenched steel is heated to 300-500°C, held for a certain period of time and then cooled to improve its toughness and fracture resistance.
