1: 20Cr4 Steel Introduction
20Cr4 alloy structural steel strength and hardenability of higher 15Cr steel, toughness is poor; weldability is good, generally do not need heat treatment after welding. The chemical composition of 20Cr4 mainly consists of the elements chromium, carbon, manganese and silicon. The addition of chromium improves the hardness and corrosion resistance of the steel, the carbon content determines the strength of the steel, and manganese and silicon improve the toughness and weldability of the steel.

7: 20Cr4 Steel Application
20Cr4 is used for carburized parts with high core strength requirements and surface wear, large size, or complex shape and low load. Such as gear, gear shaft, cam, piston pin, worm, etc., can also be used as high speed and bear moderate impact load quenching and tempering parts.
