1: 1.2235 Steel Introduction
As a high-quality engineering material with certain hardness, strength and toughness, 1.2235 is widely used in the field of spring manufacturing.1.2235 is a kind of spring steel with high carbon content and added elements of chromium, vanadium, etc., with high hardness and strength, and at the same time with certain toughness.1.2235 steel has good mechanical properties. Its hardness is HRC 56-62, tensile strength is 1370-1770 MPa, yield strength is 1170-1570 MPa, and elongation is 10-13%.

For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface.
