1: 1.1535 Steel Introduction
1.1535 is a high-strength and high-hardness tool steel with excellent wear and heat resistance.1.1535 has excellent mechanical properties and is particularly suitable for the manufacture of edged tools and tools. Its hardness can reach 58-62 HRC (Rockwell hardness), which belongs to the high-strength type of steel. In addition, it has good wear resistance and can maintain good cutting performance under heavy load, high speed cutting and high temperature environment.

1.1535 has good heat treatment properties and its hardness and strength can be further improved by quenching and tempering process. The commonly used heat treatment methods are quenching and tempering at temperatures of 850-900°C, respectively, to achieve the desired organizational structure and properties.
