1: Q690D Steel Introduction
Q690D is a high-strength steel plate, mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite. Among them, ferrite is the soft phase and pearlite is the hard phase, and this two-phase organization makes Q690D have better toughness and strength at the same time. In addition, Q690D also contains a small amount of bainite and martensite.Q690D steel plate has high strength and hardness, its tensile strength and yield strength can be up to more than 1,000MPa and more than 800MPa respectively. At the same time, Q690D also has good toughness and ductility, and its elongation and impact toughness are high. 8: Q690D Steel Heat Treatment
Quenching is to heat the steel plate to the austenitizing temperature (about 850°C) and then cool it rapidly to room temperature to obtain martensitic organization. Tempering is the quenched steel plate again heated to a certain temperature (about 400 ℃) and held for a certain period of time (about 2h), and then cooled to room temperature, in order to eliminate internal stresses and improve the toughness and strength of the steel plate. Through the reasonable control of heat treatment process, Q690D steel plate with excellent performance can be obtained.

10: Delivery Condition
For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface.
For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/QT, Black surface.
For Cold Drawn bar, usually the delivery condtion is cold drawn, annealed/QT, peeled/black surface.
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, milled/black surface.
For hot forged plate, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, normalized/annealed, milled/black surface.
