1: 1.2127 Steel Introduction
1.2127 is a medium-carbon alloy steel whose main components include carbon, chromium, molybdenum and manganese. It has excellent mechanical properties and wear and corrosion resistance, as well as high toughness and weldability.1.2127 has excellent mechanical properties, with a hardness of 60-62 HRC, a tensile strength of more than 2,000 MPa, and high abrasion resistance and durability. It also has good toughness and impact resistance and maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures.

7: 1.2127 Steel Application
1.2127 is widely used in the manufacture of cutting tools, stamping dies, cold heading dies, hot extrusion dies and other tools and molds. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and durability, 1.2127 is used in tool making, mold making, automotive parts, aerospace and other applications. Its high hardness and abrasion resistance make 1.2127 perform well in high strength and high friction environments.
8: 1.2127 Steel Heat Treatment
The heat treatment process of 1.2127 includes annealing, normalizing and quenching to improve its mechanical properties and wear resistance. The specific heat treatment process parameters are as follows:
Annealing: the workpiece is heated to 750℃~800℃, held for 2 hours, and then air-cooled to room temperature;
Normalizing: the workpiece is heated to 850℃~900℃, held for 1 hour, and then air-cooled to room temperature;
Hardening: the workpiece is heated to 850℃~900℃, held for 1 hour, and then rapidly cooled to room temperature.

10: Delivery Condition
For hot forged bar, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, annealed/QT, rough turned/Black surface.
For hot rolled bar, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed/QT, Black surface.
For Cold Drawn bar, usually the delivery condtion is cold drawn, annealed/QT, peeled/black surface.
For hot rolled plate, usually the delivery condition is hot rolled, annealed, milled/black surface.
For hot forged plate, usually the delivery condition is hot forged, normalized/annealed, milled/black surface.
